Dear Prof. Lohani

In my considered opinion, president has already wasted more than 6 weeks in waiting; almost like one waiting for गोरु ब्याउनु

The ultimate aim of UCPNM is to capture power and they have succeeded to do so for more than 6 weeks.

Before, the bill on accounts was promulgated as an ordinance, even the care taker government was under tremendous pressure and it could have been “persuaded” to quit. One needs to remember that UCPNM “feeds” on GoN budget in several ways.

With the “advance” budget out of way, they are free from any pressure for next 4 months. The president has actually played into the hands of UCPNM.

Trust president will eventually be able to see through all this soon.

Dear Ratna Sansarji,

Most likely President Yadav will take steps after the announcement of one-third budget on Sunday,Asar 31.According to Dr.Ram Saran Mahat, President will wait and watch until july 21 and in case PM BRB does not resign he will ask any party who can muster majority among all the parties to form a unity govt.Let us wait and see what happens in a few days' time.
