Thanks a lot for your appreciation.

What amazes me is the fact that President has yet to call for formation of consensus government under Article 38(1). I wonder what is forcing him to desist from doing so.

Future will badly judge him for failing to do his constitutional duty, if he is not to act expeditiously.

Dear Ratna Sansarji,

It is a very good and constructive article which clearly lays down practical guidelines for elections to a new parliament under the leadership of a neutral,non-political govt. of people with clean image and above partisan politics.This is certainly a wise suggestion but I doubt if it is acceptable to vulture-like political parties and their leaders who are not prepared to shun their mad scramble for power. You have also called upon PM BRB to take the initiative for a consensus govt but he is apparently determined to hold fresh elections to a new CA again under his own caretaker leadership.This will be unfortunate and it is bound to ,as you say, deepen the already grave constitutional crisis in a transitional phase like this.

Very good article and let us hope wisdom will prevail among all ,including the political parties .
