Dear Prof Lohani

What needs to be understood is the fact that BRB and his cronies don’t stand lose anything by continuing with the state capture and don’t gain by releasing the state capture. It is heads they win and tails the nation loses situation. PKD has already proclaimed that सहमति नभए यहि सरकार अनन्तकाल सम्म रहने.

They simply have become squatters of the state machinery and will have to be evicted by emulating the way BRB did with squatters in the bank of Bagmati River.

With best regards,

Sincerely,

Dear Ratna Sansarji,

I wonder whether you listened to BBC(Nepali) yesterday in which the President's legal advisor Dr.Surya Dhungel has explained logically why the two govt.ordinance proposals relating to elections could not be approved by the President.Of course, the President's refusal to give assent to the proposal has upset the BRB govt. What we need to understand and also let the common people understand is that the President is fully aware of his constitutional position and he has no intention of seeking confrontation with the caretaker govt.Meanwhile, I agree with you that Nepali people should express their gratitude to the Rt.Hon'ble President who has been guided by his able advisors in giving his assent or dissent to govt. proposals on the basis of their merit and in the national interest.

Regds,

Mohan Lohani
