Dear colleague

The previous verdict of Supreme Court was given in contravention of the constitution. The new verdict has correct the previous mistake.

I had written about it last year itself, before the first verdict. The new verdict has vindicated my stance.

Ratna Sansarju,

Had the chance to go through your article. I do agree that we had no choice but to extend the CA tenure.

The SC verdicts by previous bench and the current bench are somewhat contradictory.
