Prof. Dr Mohan LohaniDear Prof. Lohani
Thanks a lot for your encouragement. We need to have this provision enshrined in the constitution under preparation as this is the best way to ensure good governance in Nepal; also reduce corruption by a magnitude. Please spread this message amongst as many people as possible, including amongst CA members – most of whom may not like the idea (though).
With best regards,
Sincerely,

Subject: Congrats for your article with practical suggestions
Dear Ratna Sansarji
Your proposal that ministers be appointed not from the parliament but from outside it so that there will be no attempt on the part of ministers, as it is the case in the US where the elected president appoints his own ministers or secretaries known as ministers, to indulge in corrupt practices to replenish the money they have spent for election purposes.Political corruption is the bane of our system in a backward and poor country like ours.Other suggestions are equally useful and practical. My congrats.
Tks and regds,
Mohan Lohani
