You have asked "What can we do now and how we can benefit from natural resources." In Nepalmajority of people are not well educated and it’s not their fault that they don't understand most of these things. However, it is incumbent upon educated people like us to endeavor to understand things like these, educate others and raise voice against such things in unison. And rise against the corrupt politicos, bureaucrats and the like. As long as we don't do as such things will not change.
