Prachanda against reduction of CA from 601 to 491 !

It was BRB government, as agreed by 4 "major" parties, mainly led by Prachanda, that recommended to president to promulgate an order to reduce the membership of CA from 601 to 491. Accordingly the notice issued by president office in clause # 10 and 11, reduced the size of CA. Now Prachanda is warning election government led by KRR against reducing the number!
