Dear Ratna Sansarji,
I went through your well written article on Seti Project. I have been observing your stand on the use of Nepal's water resources. I have found them correct and appropriate. I am strongly in support of these stands. You are not alone in this endevour. Please keep up. But in Nepal I have experienced that most of the so-called conscious and enlightened people fear even to think against India. They are either terrorized or are coward or are deficient in understanding the situation in totality. Most of them think that we should take India and whatever it does for granted, which is intolerable for the people like us. Thank you for sharing your ideas. Have a great day.
