Attracting negative comments re water resources

Dear Bihari jee

I am not worried about attracting negative comments. I know that only fruit laden trees attract brickbats and nobody will bother to throw stones at a tree devoid of any fruit. I will not be deterred even if my life was at stake, in the cause of our motherland. My philosophy is: I have to die one day in any case and therefore, if I were to be killed in trying to ensure our national interest, I will consider it a worthy death. Previous government came up with draft bill to deploy army with power to shoot those who oppose. I have publicly (during TV and radio interviews, public programs) declared that I am prepared to face bullet. I have already indication that RAW is profiling me.

We have succeeded with West Seti and I am fully confident that we also will succeed in the case of Upper Karnali.

Dear Ratnajee,

Living a public life attracts comments, mostly negative. As long as we are honest to ourselves as professionals, you should not be perturbed by them. I personally have absolutely no problem identifying myself with your position/s on water resoruces. I only hope and pray that you would succeed in the case of Upper Karnali too.
