As usual your article is guided by national interest.Nepal should launch hydro electric projects for the good and benefit of Nepali people who are suffering from 12 hours of load shedding, something incredible in a country which boasts of abundant water resources.Yes, our priority should go first to our people and then whatever surplus energy we have, as you have consistently emphasized, can be sold to India at a price which is beneficial to both but not at our own cost.
