Indian ambassador Ranjit Rae has in his much "acclaimed" interview published in today's Kathmandu Post said that "India had no intention of micro-managing Nepali institutions". Much appreciated that he has clarified.
However, this statement is very pregnant with hidden meanings. Does it mean that instead of micro-managing, there is plan to "macro-manage"? Does the statement preclude micro managing of institutions but intend to continue managing (harnessing) Nepal's natural resources to the benefit of India?
The patriotic people of Nepal would appreciate if you could clarify these too.
